We really want to make sure that everyone who buys from us can get the most out of their plant(s) so we offer the following guarantees and support to all customers.

Replacement Guarantee

If the planting and care advice is followed then plants shouldn't fail, however unfortunately this can sometimes happen.


I highly recommend reading our planting advice once you've ordered and paying attention to where your plant goes in your garden according to it's preferences for light/shade etc (details given on the product's page).

However if despite your best efforts your plant does die I will replace it free of charge! Just send in your order number and a picture of your plant so I can verify it has failed and I can organise a replacement.

IMPORTANT:

  • This applies for one replacement per plant as it is very unlikely to happen twice unless the care instructions aren't being followed

  • This applies for up to six months from date of purchase. Six months should be plenty of time for the plant to establish some roots in its new home so a struggling plant will show signs before this deadline.

In the unlikely event that your plant fails and you don't want a replacement I am happy to offer a full refund. Just send in your order number and a picture of your plant so I can verify it has failed and I can process your refund.

On-going Advice Guarantee

As part of on-going service to customers I commit to offering lifetime advice on your plant relating to care, disease, pruning etc.

Just email your queries or questions at any time, quoting your name or order number and I'll do everything I can to assist you!

Delivery

All the plants are sent out securely packed in cardboard boxes with eco-friendly packaging! I aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days however during busier periods it may be longer. If you would like an update on your order then please email info@bensplants.com and I'll aim to respond within 2 working days.
